Tarwater Way is an annual employee recognition program administered by a small selection board.
We rely on nominations to choose our winners.
The quarterly winners receive a cash prize and is an instant finalist for the Annual Tarwater Way award.
The annual winner is chosen from the quarterly winners of the current year. They will receive extra days off and a paid vacation of their choice!
We love to be able to recognize our employees hard work and dedication to the Tarwater Way!
